Nothing is more entertaining than watching dogs simply exist. I call it "Dog TV" and it's better than regular TV. The expressions they make are funnier than those of our best comic actors. Watching them chase their tail is like watching a high-speed car chase in an action movie. Watching them play with a ball is a comedy of errors that rivals the likes of Parks and Recreation. It's a better binge-watch than Tiger King.
No wonder dog owners are so consumed by their animals. More than just coming home to a big ball of love, you're coming home to a hilarious theater performance. So if you see me rushing home after an event because I'm "tired," know that I'm only telling half the story. Really, I want to go home because I got my dog a new toy and I really want to see him play with it. And then I'll look at these dog memes.
