It's almost summertime, which means more unfettered DnD time (hopefully). But seriously, when do DnD players find the time to get together and play? It's so hard when you're adults with adult jobs and whatnot! When you were a kid there was so much free time for activities. You would just sit around being bored until you came up with something interesting to do. I bet that's how Dungeons and Dragons was invented. Take a bunch of nerdy kids, put them in a basement for a couple of hours, and they will eventually come up with a pastime so complex, interesting, and lore-driven that it is still being played decades later.
I don't know the actual origin story, and I won't look it up. But what I will do is give you a collection of the week's best DnD memes, celebrating the game we all know and love (and definitely have enough free time to play).
