Gosh, I donāt even know where to begin with a game like Adventure to Fate ā Lost Island. Solo developer TouchMint has released multiple games in this series over the past decade, some focusing on larger story-driven adventuring with others focusing more on combat, but always with the newer ones outclassing the ones that came before it. Adventure to Fate ā Lost Island does not deviate from that: this is the biggest and most fully-featured Adventure to Fate game yet. Heck, itās one of the biggest and most fully-featured mobile games period.
This is like a sandbox for RPG enthusiasts. As the trailer below will tell you: 12 classes to choose from, 10 different races, 6 different job types. Mixing and matching allows for a staggering number of possible character builds, and thatās before even taking into account the gameās extensive weapons, armors, items, and more. Oh, and then thereās the entire crafting system and the weapon forging system, and even the ability to create your OWN items. And pets. And skill trees. And, and, andā¦ Letās just say you will not be lacking in variety with Adventure to Fate ā Lost Island.
There are unlimited character slots too, so justā¦ go nuts, build every kind of character you can think of. The main campaign follows a set of story beats, but the actual layouts and enemies are randomized every time. This is a game thatās meant to be played over, and over, and over again, and can easily offer hundreds of hours to those who have an RPG itch to scratch while on the go. The game autosaves beautifully so you donāt have to stress if you need to drop out of the game suddenly and can hop in for a quick minute or hunker down for hours, itās up to you.
Also worth highlighting is the gameās accessibility for the blind, with full Voice Over support, which is something that always deserves a round of applause. It plays in portrait which is always a bonus for me, and about the only thing Iām wishing for at the moment is the ability to swap which side the virtual d-pad is on, or maybe just more control options in general. Nothing major though, as you can also play by tapping directly on the characters and enemies, and Iām finding this is how Iām preferring to play anyway. There are just SO MANY adventures waiting to be had in Adventure to Fate ā Lost Island, if bang for your buck is a high priority, it doesnāt get much better than this.
