Marvel is well known for being super secretive about their upcoming projects. They don't allow their actors and creatives to say anything specific about the shows and movies they've made, which makes doing press extremely difficult. The past week, Patti Lupone, star of the upcoming Disney+ series Agatha All Along, revealed that "it's a musical." If her words have any credence, and I assume they do, this will be Marvel's first musical, which might not be for everyone but is certainly for me. Costars Kathryn Hahn and Joe Locke tried to keep it together after Patti revealed such vital information to the public.
I don't get why Marvel executives feel the need to hide so much before their films and shows come out. Do they think the audience won't come if they know who the characters are?
